We are not a real estate brokerage, agent, or lead generation service. We are direct cash buyers.
3. No Obligation
Submitting a form or contacting us does not obligate you to sell your property to Train Capital LLC, nor does it obligate Train Capital LLC to purchase your property. Any cash offer we present is non-binding until both parties have executed a written purchase and sale agreement.
4. Text Message Communications (TCPA)
SMS Consent: By checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, you authorize Train Capital LLC to send you text messages at the phone number you provide, including messages sent via automated systems. This consent is not required to receive our services.
• Message types: We may send texts related to your cash offer inquiry, follow-up communications, and appointment scheduling.
